Scott wished he could have a restart to the day. Just 2 or 3 blocks from the apartment, Scott got a flat tire. As he was using the jack to switch to the spare, the jack moved and part of the weight of the car came crashing down onto his arm. A stranger driving by stopped to help Scott. Scott returned home to shower and to check on his injury. Luckily, with ice and an anti-inflammatory, his arm returned to normal.
After I dropped the kids off at school, I stopped into one of the closeby cafes to chat it up with Karen and Frank, the Canadian (now Spanish) neighbors.
For lunch, we returned to Taberna Autentica.

Tuesday evening we hung out with Scott as we could in-between his 6pm and 8:30pm meetings. His 6pm was his quarterly project update with the big bosses. He and the team are earning big kudos for their project in Alaska. That should wrap up by the end of the summer.
And we ate breakfast (eggs and bacon) for dinner.
Plus, the kids watched the boys' new favorite show, Mr. Matt.
